International Order Reorder Rate at 100%
Recently, Gyro Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. revealed its business performance for the first half of the year to the New Strategic Mobile Robotics Media. In the first half of the year, Gyro’s order volume increased by 200%. The new orders mainly came from international clients, including leading semiconductor companies and top customers from various Asian markets. The reorder rate for these orders reached 100%.
Rapid Expansion of Overseas Business
Gyro has achieved rapid delivery through its standardized processes. By holding regular project progress meetings and team training, the company ensures smooth communication and improves team capabilities. Close communication with clients guarantees a thorough understanding and fulfillment of their needs, enhancing project delivery accuracy and satisfaction. Participation in several international semiconductor exhibitions has further increased Gyro’s global brand recognition. Additionally, the establishment of overseas offices has strengthened its service response capabilities for international clients. Currently, overseas business accounts for 85% of Gyro’s total operations.
Continuous Upgrades in Technology R&D
Gyro has added multiple new patents and transformed them into market applications. The company continuously upgrades its existing products and launches robots that cater to various semiconductor manufacturing environments, enhancing both performance and market competitiveness. At the beginning of this year, Gyro introduced its third-generation omnidirectional wheel AMR. This narrow-body robot, with a width of 60 centimeters, operates efficiently in production facilities with a width of 0.88 meters and can accommodate four FOUPs and metal boxes. Currently, Gyro is actively integrating products to further enhance their functionality and adaptability.
Production Scale and Global Market Expanding Rapidly
Gyro has stated that it will continue to increase investment in R&D, attract high-end technical talent, and enhance internal training to improve the professional and innovative capabilities of its team. By offering customized services and products, Gyro aims to deepen cooperation with existing clients and further expand its market, especially in the high-end semiconductor sectors of Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Additionally, the company plans to move into a new production base by the end of August to accommodate the growing order volume and ensure timely product delivery.
